Double room, parking, garden, chilled vibe

Hey,
I’m Stan I have lived in the house for around 7 years and I’m looking for a house mate to join.

The double bedroom is at the back of the house over looking the garden, the house comes fully furnished, all you need to do is bring your clothes. Also there is a third bedroom set up with a desk for wfh if needed (ideal to be able to close the door on work) and a sofa bed.

Kitchen, bathroom, flooring etc, all installed around 5 years ago.

Off street parking, side access if you have a bike. The garden is made up of patio and lawn, inc garden furniture, dining table, lazy spa, bbq. Can’t beat eating outside on a sunny day.

I enjoy the gym in the morning and in the evening im out for a run/spin or enjoying making dinner. However love a pub visit and a quiz. ( I’m shit, but will have you believing otherwise).

I’m looking for someone, who is looking for a chilled place to call home. They are respectful, like to live in a clean house and catch up with each other, whilst cooking and watching tv. This is more of a home, than a house share.

Location wise, easy flat walk to Temple Meads 20mins, Centre 20mins. Bus stop few minutes away which will take you to the airport, centre, Southmead etc.
5 min walk you have all the pubs/bars/restaurants of North Street and then you can walk out to Ashton Court.
