Quiet Room in Social Household

We have a room available in our lovely house share from 10 June.

I am moving out with my partner, so we’re looking for the right person to take my place and join our little home.

The room:
Located on the first floor with a large garden-facing window at the back of the house, making an airy and cosy oasis away from the road and front. It is slightly smaller than the other rooms, so rent is lower and would suit someone who doesn’t work from home full-time. However, as you can see, there is still plenty of room to fit a desk and wfh. The room comes with a pine chest of drawers and the bed frame, mattress and wardrobe can be included for a negotiable price.

About your Housemates:
You will be living with Lynn, Becca and Holly who are easy-going, young professionals that are respectful and like to keep the house clean and tidy. Lynn (she/ her 31), enjoys choir and dance, Becca (she/her 29), loves to go running and has her own allotment (yes, we reap the rewards of whatever she’s grown) and Holly (they/them 28), likes going to the cinema and swimming. We like to hangout together as a house where we can - a trip to the local, sharing a meal, chatting, watching films together. With Summer coming, we’ll make great use of our sunny garden with pending goodies in our new greenhouse.

Location/ House:
Situated within a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park, the house has great access to local ammenities. This includes a café next door (with the BEST coffee), Lidl is just over a 10 minute walk away, and we’re not far from East Street or North Street. Bristol Temple Meads is only a 25 minute walk away or Bedminster train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The house itself has a dining room, kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. The best part is our beautiful garden!

- The room is £662.50 without bills (bills come to approximately £110 on top).
