This beautiful flat was my first purchase in Bristol, and it’s perfect for a single person looking for a central location to call home. The garden is sunny and gets so much light during the day, the flat itself is small but very functional. It’s in the basement and so benefits from being very quiet and peaceful with almost no street noise.

I’m very open to someone making the flat their own and enjoying it, I am also open to someone with a dog. Due to the size of the flat the dog would need to be a small to medium size.
