This duplex penthouse two bedroomed flat is on the sixth floor of the Robinson Building, with a balcony boasting a panoramic wide view of south Bristol and beyond. We are west facing, so expect some good sunsets!

The location is East Street, 5 minutes from the train station, Asda, North Street etc., and located on the bus route to the airport. It’s a fully renovated building, finished to a high standard and offers a relaxing, quiet style of living.

I’m Bryn (26M), and I’m looking for another tenant. As a housemate, I like to keep a tidy environment, with weekly cleaning schedules set from the start. I would prefer a hybrid/office worker than fully remote, to ideally keep the bills down for us both, during the week.

I am a pretty sociable person, so would like to flat-share with someone else who likes getting out to enjoy the city and local amenities.
