Double Room in Bedminster available from July 16th

Hi! I’m Bryn (26M), and I’m looking for another guy to move once the current tenant leaves, from July 16th.

The room is a spacious double (the bed in the reference pictures is king-sized for context), with a private bathroom with shower, on the ground floor. There’s plenty of room for interior decoration and the window pictured lets in natural light from the building’s central atrium (also pictured).

The flat itself is on the sixth floor of the Robinson Building, meaning you’ll have access to a balcony with furniture, boasting a wide view of south Bristol and beyond. We are West facing so get amazing sunsets.

The location is right in the middle of Bedminster, 5 minutes from the train station, the Big Asda, North Street etc., and on the bus route to the Airport.

If you drive, you’ll have complete use of our designated parking spot in the underground parking facility. I don’t own a car so have at it.

As a housemate, I like to keep a tidy environment, with weekly cleaning schedules set from the start. Please do not respond if you are a remote worker, as the flat is not suitable for that lifestyle.

I am a pretty sociable person, so would like to have someone else who likes getting out over the summer for night out and events. I will be having people round for film nights or dinner parties, so please only respond if you’d be the sort of person to join in, rather than be a recluse!

You’ll be sharing with me and my cat Lily, who is extremely friendly and will be no bother (unless you’re allergic).
