Double Room in Bedminster (Flexible start in July)

Hi! I’m Bryn (26M), and I’m looking for another tenant, from July 17th.

The room is a spacious double with a private bathroom and shower on the ground floor. The window pictured lets in natural light from the building’s central atrium (also pictured).

The flat itself is on the sixth floor of the Robinson Building, meaning you’ll have access to a balcony with furniture, boasting a wide view of south Bristol and beyond. We are West facing, so expect some good sunsets!

The location is East Street, in the middle of Bedminster, 5 minutes from the train station, Asda, North Street etc., and located on the bus route to the Airport.

If you drive, you’ll have complete use of a designated parking spot in the underground parking facility.

As a housemate, I like to keep a tidy environment, with weekly cleaning schedules set from the start. I would prefer a hybrid/office worker than fully remote, as to keep the bills down for us both, during the week.
I am a pretty sociable person, so would like to have someone else who likes getting out over the summer for nights out and events.
