Double room available in Bedminster

Hi, I'm Eilidh and I’m looking for a sociable and friendly housemate to rent the double spare room in my lovely 3 bed house in Bedminster.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There would be room for a desk/wfh set up if needed too.

The house has:
A shared upstairs bathroom
Comfortable spacious living room
Kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer)
Separate dining room/conservatory
Large south facing garden
Lockable shed big enough for bikes, whatever sports kit you might come with etc.
Free on-street parking available (but there is a driveway space when I'm away)

Location-wise, it’s in a great spot:
- 2 minute walk from Victoria Park
- Around 15 minutes walk to North Street
- 15 minutes to the Harbourside
- 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads
- Close to local bus routes

Rent is inclusive of bills. V flexible on starting date

A bit about me:
I've lived in the house for a year and would love to find someone sociable, easygoing and clean. Open to men or women, around 25-35.

I spend lots of time at the gym, swimming, going to run clubs, beach trips if the surf is good or spending time with friends. During the day I mostly work from home, but I use the third bedroom as an office so I’m not taking over the shared spaces during the day.
