Lovely double room available in sunny flat!

Hello :)

My current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so I'm looking for a she/her or they/them professional to take the other double room in the flat!

Available from July 13th - but potentially flexible for earlier in July. Would need to be confirmed with details given to the letting agency by June 12th.

It's a really sweet little flat, the open plan living room/kitchen has a bay window which gets so much sun and overlooks trees and a park. The bedroom itself also gets a lot of light, overlooking the back of the house. It will be unfurnished, and is a spacious bedroom for a double bed, a desk and other pieces of furniture.

The shared bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The kitchen/living room are basically fully furnished but still plenty of space if you come with extra furniture and communal trinkets/artworks/plants are very much welcome!!

The flat is a three minute walk from North Street which is super lush, ideal for coffees, pub or Tobacco Factory Sunday Market!

The road has free street parking. Super close to the 24 bus route, other routes and Parson St train station are also nearby.

About me: I'm 27, vegetarian, have a hybrid job at the University of Bristol, have been living in Bristol for almost five years and love art, walks, films, food and a good boogie! Looking for someone chill and lovely to share this space with, I'm in and out in the evenings but also up for movies or going for drinks/coffee together :)

Space for a bike if you're okay carrying it up one flight of stairs.
