Hello hello, I am looking to move out of my current property to move in with my friend! I have been living in this room since September and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the people here! the room is cosy but it does come with the bed and clothes rail. The desk and chair will be moved. All of the housemates are social professionals and some have been living here longer than me! The shared rooms (Dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, garden) are regularly cleaned as we all hang out most days of the week when we are not working. This is a joint tenancy managed by Bristol Residential Lettings with on street parking (first come, first serve) in a great location. Please message me if you have any questions.

You must earn over £16,000 with a UK based guarantor or £19,625 without one. Move in as soon as possible would be ideal as I move into a new place on the 24th July
