Hello! I'm Dáire and I'm looking for a new housemate!

Spacious room available in 2 bedroom house in Bedminster, just between North Street and West Street. North Street has a lovely range of cafes, restaurants, shops and an Aldi which is within a 10 minute walk.

Super easy access to the city centre 24, 75 and 76 bus stops a few minutes walk, Parson Street Station a 10 minute walk and only a 20 minute walk to Wapping Wharf.

Room is unfurnished but a great size to fill as needed! The rest of the house is a good size too with a living room, study (space for your desk), massive kitchen with a toilet, garden, bathroom and the two bedrooms.

Rent is £725 plus bills of around £180.

Hi, I'm Dáire (he/him), 28 and from Belfast, living in Bristol for the last 5 years. I currently work full time (office based usually although I do have to work from home occasionally). In my free time, I’m a freelance film exhibitioner and event producer, focusing on showcasing independent films for all audiences, particularly children and have recently worked with the Watershed and St Annes House to screen a selection of films!

I'm a friendly, easygoing person and I'm ideally looking for someone queer who enjoys life a little quieter. The street is very quiet which is something I value a lot. I am an avid swimmer, fantasy book reader, and film lover.

Although I do value quiet, alone downtime it would be nice to have someone in the house who enjoys hanging out a little as well! A friendly house is always great! I do also occasionally have my boyfriends over in the house but not constantly!
