Room to rent in 3 bed house

My friend Anna and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate for our new home in Bedminister.

The house is large with a separate kitchen/ dining room and living room, as well as a small terrace out the back. There is a full bathroom and a second half bathroom. However the bedrooms are on the smaller side. A double bed can fit horizontally in the bedroom (according to my measurements) and a desk would fit beside it too, and there is a built in wardrobe. I will be working from home in a room the same size, but I would say you would have more space in this room if you didn't need a desk to work from home. Council tax band B - Ground floor. Lidl and Tesco within 5 minute walk. The landlord is still doing some work on the property before we collect the keys on Friday.

The rent is cheap and the location is fab for working in the center or having a lovely stroll around Bedminister.

About us:

I work in the charity sector, and Anna works in HR in a medical tech company (or she will when she starts soon!). I lived in Bristol for 2 years before going travelling for the past year, and have recently got back. Anna currently lives in Kent and is moving to Bristol for the first time.

Anna and I are both fairly laid back but clean and tidy. Neither of us are big party people, but are social. We would love to be friends with the third person we live with but also for no-one to feel pressure to always entertain each other when we are sharing communal spaces.

I like travelling, I spend my weekends with my friends either doing something active or sitting in a nice park in the sun when we get it. I have a love / hate relationship with running and play guitar too (not very well). Anna and I both love a brunch date. Anna loves a wander around independent shops and exploring with a coffee. She also wants to do some more holidaying/ travelling this year and is looking to find her groove in Bristol.
