I am looking for 3 new tenants in a 4 person house share on Ruby Street, in Bedminster. All rooms come unfurnished, and are double rooms.

Room 1: £700/ month, ground floor room. Deposit = £700

Room 2: £650/ month, first floor room.
Deposit = £650

Room 3: £650/ month, first floor room.
Deposit = £650

Bills not included in price above, but come to around £130-£140 a month. Rooms are available from 12th August.
Great location near North Street, so supermarkets, shops and pubs within a short walk.

I am the current flatmate, Becky (aged 23), and I’m looking for three more housemates between 22-29, female only.
I am looking for people who are socialable, friendly and tidy.
Unfortunately, we cannot take on any students.

Looking to start viewings from w/c 15/06.

Note - the landlord has specified the new tenant must be in full-time employment with a salary of £28k+ so please only get in contact if this also applies to you.
