Hi,
Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking to replace her.
Rooms is £585 a month and unfurnished, although my flatmates looking to sell her furniture in the room if you want it! Bills come to about £130 on top of rent.
We are a friendly house, spend evenings together but also have a lot of our own stuff going on. It would be nice to have someone who would want to be friends as well as flatmates.
