Spacious loft room with single bed, sofa and tv available in Bedminster, just off West Street.

(Loft picture - please note there will be a bed replacing the units and the drums and kids items will be gone, - sofa and tv will remain, as it’s a nice large room)

Biggest benefit of the house is the large open plan kitchen and huge suntrap of a garden ☀️🌿

A little bit about us:
We are a family of 3, myself and my 2 children (teenagers) along with a dog Cavalier King Charles Freya. We love cooking nice dinners, seeing friends and general family life! When the kids are at their dads (50% of the time) I enjoy a night out, dinner with friends and generally relaxing in the garden. It’s a chilled house, with some fun nights thrown in.

I have a massage studio in the garden where I do massages and Reiki and also work full time at Bristol Children’s Hospital.

Rent is £700 a month including all bills, but if you are someone who loves gardening and dogs and either works from home or has time in the week to help with the dog and/or do a bit around the garden, then I would be happily negotiate less rent, so Freya isn’t lonely when I’m working my long shifts. Equally fine if you don’t, just putting that option out there!

Room will be available from end of August / September.
