Hi there! I've got a lovely double room coming up in my home just off North Street, one of Bristols best spots for cafes, bars, and independent shops, so you'll never be short of somewhere nice to grab a coffee or a pint.

The Room:
-Furnished with a comfy double bed (Eve mattress), desk, chair, wardrobe, and TV.
-Carpet was replaced a few months ago and is still looking great.
-Bright, cool in the summer, and well cared for.
-The pictures are a little over a year old and the carpet has since been replaced.

The House:
-Shared kitchen and living room.
-Two bathrooms.
-A private garden, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after work.
-No off-street parking, and unfortunately no space for bike storage.

Rent:
-£875 per month, bills included, based on reasonable household usage.

A bit about what I'm looking for:
I enjoy a clean, tidy home and I'm hoping to find someone who feels the same way. Since the room isn't set up for it, I do need someone who won't be working from home during the day, but otherwise I'm easygoing and just want a housemate who's friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
