Hey, we’re Josie and Issy and we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in September.
About the house:
Large double bedroom available from 1st September 2026 in a friendly 3 bedroom home.
The room available is on the top floor of the house, it comes with a double bed and mattress and a built in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. It has windows on both sides of the room that lets in natural light and is comfortable, clean and quiet.
The house has 1 large bathroom on the first floor, with a walk in shower, bath and storage, 1 toilet downstairs and a kitchen which connects to the dining area and lounge making it ideal for hosting. There is also a back garden for gardening/ bikes – perfect for drying washing and getting outside.
The house is located close to the city centre, has good links to bus and train transportation and is ideal for young professionals. The area also has plenty of on-street parking with no permit required.
