Looking for Replacement Tenant

Looking for a Professional to take over my lease in a shared two bedroom with open plan lounge and kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. The flat comes with a secure car parking space.

Location:

- 6 minute walk from Bedminster Station and 20 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads
- 10 minute walk from Large Asda located on East Street and 5 minute walk from Lidl
- Close proximity to range of cafés, independent shops, bars and restaurant located on North Street

Bills in total are around £150-200 per month per person. This includes gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi. Council Tax Band B.

Security deposit will be required before moving in, this will amount to £750.

Non-smoker, no pets allowed. The bedroom comes unfurnished but can be negotiated to part with some furniture.

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy soon (moving due to relocation), with initial 6 month contract with the option to extend the tenancy beyond on a rolling basis.

About flatmate: Person (27f) that will be sharing is easy to get along with, fun, tidy and helps keep flat clean/does their part to take care of it. Interests include cooking, reading ,watching movies and games nights! Looking for someone open to becoming friends as well as being flatmates whilst also respecting one another's space.

Message for a viewing, move in date is expected to be around end of August time but can be sooner on agreement.
