Double room just off North Street

Reposting as we've been away on holiday, but we are now doing viewings on 29th of July!

Looking for someone to replace my room / new flatmate (professional, no full time WFH/students & female preferred) to join a homely flat with a garden in Bedminster 🫶 Location is right beside the heart of North Street, good bus links into town but also walking distance (under 30mins) into town.

The room tenancy will be from the 1st of September but will need to be signed for the end of July/ 1 week in August latest. Therefore we are looking for someone who can start the agency application process as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone with a similar vibe / lifestyle and is super clean and tidy!!

This is 100% not a party house, we are very chilled and wholesome and would like the flat to stay quiet as we are usually up early for work and training. We like having our own space but equally love chilled nights in together, walks & flat dinners etc.

Ultimately we would love someone who is our friend too rather than just a roommate. We are looking for a long term roommate opposed to short. We want someone to love the flat as much as we do and have similar interests / schedules.

Really nice room, huge built in wardrobe, cute bay window with lots of natural sunlight! Also there is a desk that fits perfectly in the bay window I am happy to sell if interested - perfect for a makeup station or work desk. Also in the kitchen I built a shelving unit for extra space I am happy to sell too if interested.

Room prices are worked out by room size and this room is slightly bigger than the others in the flat. The room advertised will be £660 + bills usually (£120 each). A deposit will be required and is £519.
