We’ve got two spacious double rooms available in our lovely home in Windmill Hill!

The house:

- 6 bedrooms with a relaxed homely feel spread across 3 floors.
- A fully equipped kitchen/dining room/living room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
- 2 shared bathrooms (a third en suite with the attic room).

It’s a gorgeous location - right next to Victoria Park!! 🌳10 mins walk from Bedminster, 20 to North Street, Lidl and Asda both walking distance.

The rooms
- Both rooms are located on the ground floor of the house.
- Fully furnished - double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, desks. You are more than welcome to bring any additional furniture to make it your own!

Room 1 - priced at £850 per month with a deposit of £1,062.50 (5 weeks of rent).
Room 2 - priced at £825 a month with a deposit of £1031.25 (5 weeks of rent).

Both rooms are available from 24th September!

About us:

After an incredible 10 months as a house, some of us are going our separate ways. The house has allowed us to go from strangers to family - and we hope that the new recruits can continue this vibe 🥲

Oscar (28) – works for the council and big into his climbing (and always up for people to join him) 🧗

Stephen (28) - woodworker, another keen climber and loves an adventure ⛰️

(These 2, plus 2 other rooms also being advertised to complete the 6)!

We love having a de-brief after work, pub trips, climbing, film nights but there is also no pressure to be social 24/7 (we do love our downtime) 😃
