Lovely double room near Victoria Park

We are two professionals (Emily 31 and Sofia 28) looking for a 3rd housemate to move in 14th September (ideally). The house is very near Victoria Park, with pubs, small shops, bakery and green space nearby. it's a 10 min walk to East street. 5 min walk from Bedminster train station, and not too far from the centre. It's a lovely quiet area with nice neighbours.

The house is spacious and has a shared living room, kitchen, bike / storage room, garden and x1 bathroom. The double room is the loft room on 3rd floor, and potentially comes part-furnished as the previous tenant is happy to sell some bits if wanted. (We can discuss more at the house viewing!)

We both work full time, normal 9-5 hours. When not working, we are are often out in nature, exploring in and around bristol, yoga classes, seeing friends, away visiting people, cooking nice food, reading, etc.!

We keep a cleaning rota going every week to keep on top of the house, and we like to keep it clean and tidy. This isn't a party house, it's a reasonably quiet place, we come and go and are out the house a fair amount and sometimes go away for weekends, so it might suit someone who has a busy life but enjoys keeping their home a space for calm and relaxation :)

Bill are separate to rent cost, and tend to cost about £130 (varies a bit from winter to summer), incl. council tax, wifi etc. so would be about £630 in total.

The landlords live nearby and are very responsive. They ask for x2 references and to meet you prior to moving in.
