Room to rent in Bedminster

Room available in house just off North Street, Bedminster. Aprox 11'x11' plus inbuilt cupboard. Currently just myself in the house, and I'm away often, so you'll have the run of the house half the time. Decent kitchen, bathroom, utility room, open plan living room, all of which you're welcome to use at all times. Has a big garden and patio.

There's also a driveway parking space that will be available when I'm away (very rare for BS3).

Bed and matress is more or less new and very comfy. Room would take a double bed. We can absolutely discuss decoration, furniture etc. before you move in. Room is pretty basic at the moment. I've not had a chance to do anything with that room since I moved in so very open to sprucing it upbefore tou move in and adding furniture etc

Work from homewould be fine when I'm away. Must be fully employed. Obviously very welcome to have people over but its not to become a party house.

About me: mid 40s, well travelled, engineer, enjoy nerdy stuff, creative hobbies. I do have occasional BBQs and people over for board games but my social life is pretty chill.

Can accommodate cats. Would be pretty excited to have a cat around tbh 😊

Cleaner comes every month.

Area is quiet, yet also only a 15 minute walk to the centre. North Street is one of the best streets in Bristol. Loads going on and great vibe.
