> Two bedrooms and bathroom on floor 3
> Three bedrooms (one spare) and bathroom on floor 4
> The room available is on floor 3 and comes unfurnished
> Bills aren’t included but currently come to about £150 a month

About the girlies/guy who live here:
We are all friends and are looking for someone who also wants to hang out as friends rather than just being a housemate.
We mainly became friends through living together and we enjoy going out for house meals, going to the pub, going for walks, car boots and doing lots of wholesome activities together :)
Sadly our other housemate is moving out to live with family 😢

**our landlord is really nice and chill but the house is currently up for sale, he’s promised the tenancy for a minimum of 4-6 months but it could be longer**
