Single Bedroom in 4 Bed House

Ground floor room available in a 4 bed house in BS3. Rent is £500 a month and bills come to £100 to £120 a month varying as some utilities aren't a fixed price. We have 2 bathrooms, a shower and a bath as well as a small garden.

We're a creative, queer and neuro divergent household with 2 artists and an actor who work both freelance and hospitality/childcare. We all work in the house and out of it. Some of us work late and some work early so a fairly quiet house most of the time.
We're all fairly social but incredibly busy, so we enjoy catching up when we are all around; the very occasional film, meal or boardgame night when the stars aline is welcomed!
We're a mostly vegetarian household and would prefer someone who wouldn't be cooking meat or fish super frequently.
