Room to rent in Bedminster

Hello, I have a room to rent in my flat in Airpoint, Bedminster from the 1st Oct.

Its a good sized room with bed, desk and chair, built in wardrobe and a large set of drawers. The rent includes all bills, but if electricity goes above £200 a month I'll ask for the different to be paid (its electric heating and on the current settings in winter its £168 a month, so there is a buffer for this).

I'm Michael, I work away a lot so I'm looking for someone trustworthy and that will keep the place in good nick while I'm away. I'd prefer if someone is out for work at least some of the week but we can discuss this.

I'm a project manager at a renewable energy company and as the ad says I'm gay. When I'm home I love to enjoy the living room and views, listen to music, read and watch TV. I love seeing my friends and sometimes get back a little late, though this is a safe sanctuary rather than a party flat!

There are lifts in the building but they can be a little unreliable so you should be ok with stairs. Re the photos; there's some old ones of the living room; I've moved the sideboard to my bedroom and theres some newer dining chairs now.

I should be around at the weekend of 12-13 September or 26-27 September (if needed) for viewings.
