Hey, looking for an easygoing, friendly person to rent a room in our home: wkly from mon-fri (can offer sun-fri if needed, subject to an adjustment on rent). I am a single lady, work long days for NHS and my son (aged 9) lives with me 50% of the wk.

Looking for:
Someone friendly, reliable and relaxed, who doesn't mind children, although you won't see much of him. Female preferred, but happy to consider male.

The Home:
Is tidy-ish; often a work in progress. Needs a bit of touching up with the paintwork and a few DIY bits (no big renovations planned), but it will be friendly and welcoming and as sociable as you want it to be; around lifestyle allowances. The taker is welcome to use all communal areas.

The Room:
A bright, very large double room on top floor of home, with own en suite - ideal for someone who enjoys their own space. Partially furnished with bed, side tables, chest of drawers and clothes rail, easy chair. Enough room for you to add a work space if you need, although can't take someone who 'works from home'.

The Location:
Great, convenient location, close to the heart of BS3, with local train station, bus stops (including airport flyer) and e-scooter/bike park, all within 5min walk. City centre, Temple Meads train station & coach station all easy walk or cycle, or bus commute.

Free on street parking only. O/s the clean air zone.

Space to secure a bike at front of house.

Easy commute to Bristol Royal Infirmary, Southmead hospital, Bristol Airport, Bristol University.

Tesco Xpress close by and large Sainsbury's just down the rd. Other shops, cafes restaurants, pubs all short walk away.
