Hello 😊

We have a house mate who is moving out and we are looking for a replacement tenant to move in!

- double room (~2.5m x 3.5m)
- unfurnished
- window overlooking our patio
- bathroom shared with one other person
- office room shared with one other person (included in the price)
- bills + council tax (Band C) ~£150pcm

🏠 Details about the house:
- large French doors that open up to the courtyard
- option to store bicycles
- open plan kitchen / living room
- free street parking
- 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 2 shared)

You’d be sharing with myself (Alfie), Sam and my cute cavapoo Freddie (see pictures) 🐶 we often go to the pub together, play some video games or go climbing together (not with the dog that is reckless), or have a quiet night in to watch TV. The house is sociable but also respectful of each other if we want time by ourselves.
