Double bedroom available in a modern, clean and spacious girls-only flat in Bedminster - looking for someone to move in asap! I’m moving out of the flat, so we’re looking for a lovely girl to take over my room and join the flat 💗

The flat is a modern new-build and has:

* Shared bathroom with a bath
* Large open-plan living room and kitchen
* Entrance hallway
* A balcony, shared with the couple in the flat next door
* Modern, clean and spacious throughout

There may also be some furniture available from me if needed, which can be discussed.

Location & parking

The location is ideal if you work in Bristol city centre - it’s around a 10-minute walk into town.

There is permit parking directly outside the flat. Each flat gets two permits so there is one permit available for the new tenant if needed (£58 every 3 months).

There’s also an Asda directly across the road, with an M&S Food just a short drive away.

About the flatmate
