Peaceful double room - 3 month sublet

Hello!

We have a calm, tidy and spacious house at the end of a quiet street in Southville.
There are three of us in the house and two of us will be away for a few months over the Autumn. I’m looking to sublet my room to someone during this time. The room is fully furnished, but I can rejig things if you need and will of course move out all of my things. The house also has plenty of extra storage space. There is street parking and a garage.

Bills would be included in the sublet cost - I can break this down during the viewing :)

About us:

We’re a relaxed and friendly bunch. We all enjoy travel, cooking and are pretty social and active outside the house but like to keep home relatively calm. We often have friends over but it’s definitely not a party house. You would be living with Kyle for the duration of the sublet, who works in IT, is super sporty and really kind and easy going.

We’re looking for someone who is similar: probably a postgraduate student or young professional, who is friendly, clean and conscientious and has similar interests.
