Top floor light room overlooking the garden with use of private bathroom on the same floor. No one else is on this floor.

Available immediately on a Monday to Friday basis.

Room is a good size with a chest of drawers and hanging space. You have access to shared kitchen plus garden (with rear access). Wi-Fi and bills included.

On street parking is free and has good availability.

Good location with Victoria Park and Perretts Park on your doorstep, and Wells Road 10 minutes walk, Wapping Wharf 20 minute walk and you can walk into town in 25 minutes.

Great transport links with Bedminster station a 5 minute walk, and Temple Meads a 25 minute walk.

If you sometimes need to WFH, access to the office room can be arranged. I WFH but can be flexible.

You will be sharing with me and my wife as live in owners, with our two children (2 and 4), our two shy cats and our very friendly miniature daschund (walking optional!). Our daily routine starts fairly early (6-7am) with the children, before they head to school / nursery. There is a flurry of actvity for dinner and bedtimes but our house is quiet in the evenings / night.
