I am looking for 1 new tenant to fill my space in a 4 person house share on Ruby Street, Bedminster. The room is a double room on the top floor, comes unfurnished and is available from the 12th October.
It is £700/month, bills not included.
The deposit is £675.
The bills come to around £130-140 a month.
I am moving out, but Adele (25), Georgia (23) and Alex (26) will be living in the house, and are looking for people who are sociable, friendly and tidy. Unfortunately, we cannot take in any students, and are only looking for female housemates.
Note- the landlord has specified the new tenant must be in full time employment with a salary of £28k+ so please get in contact if this applies to you.
