The room comes fully furnished and faces onto the garden. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, with a living room/kitchen, office if you WFH at all, and a lovely garden. There’s also a private alley and gate for bike access.

It’s in a great location - right next to Victoria park, with a post office, off license and bakery over the road. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the river, Loaf, Asda, Luxe Fitness gym and Windmill hill farm/sauna. It’s also a 12 minute walk from Bedminster station and 25 minute from Temple Meads.

Bills usually come in at around £130pcm.
