Room is unfurnished but includes large wardrobe.
(It is my choice to sleep on my mattress on the floor - you should try it sometime!)

Located just adjacent West street, beside Parson Street Train Station.
Across the street from primary bus stop connected to the 76, 75, A1 and m2.
5 minute walk from North Street.
5 minute walk from East Street.

We are a house of friends who have been in this property for 2+ years. We are all working professionals in hospitality or health & fitness. We spend time together going to festivals, gigs, dinner, and films.
All in all; we are a silly household. There is, in fact, a frog wall in the kitchen.

Looking for a housemate who is respectful and tidy. Not essential you feel the need to hangout with the house but we’re all really awesome people so it would be a loss on your part!

No one smokes or has any pets.
