Spacious Double Room w/ en-suite

Mid-Oct move in. Bedminster room in shared social house.

Hi :) I’m looking to move out of my room around mid October. Been in this house for a couple years now. Really nice spacious bedroom and en-suite. Share the house with a great group of people all of similar age.

Location is amazing. Right off North St and East St. There’s parks, pubs, supermarket, gym, swimming pool all really close plus city centre is a 20 min walk away.

We’re a friendly group in our mid 20s, there’ll be one guy and 3 girls. We all met on Spareroom but get on really well and love to hang out as a house when we're free such as by going out for food/drinks or pub quiz, or staying in for dinner and a film or some games, and sometimes playing tennis in the park or a day trip. We’re a relatively chill group but value a clean house.

Included furniture: bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, shelves. Moist kitchenware will already be present.
