Room in lovely 4 bed house share - Bedminster

Decent sized room in shared house in Bedminster, sharing with 1 guy, 2 girls. I am planning to go travelling for a few months so looking for someone lovely to replace me in the house.

This is a quiet, chill house, with flatmates who work in hospitality. Current flatmates aged between 25-35 and ideally looking for someone who is clean, pleasant, friendly and respectful of people working long and unsociable hours. We like to be sociable and have people over but THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

The house is an absolute steal for the pice, size, and location: around £550 p/m bills included (dependent on bills). Nice, spacious, with morning sun in bedroom and kitchen, and afternoon sun in living room and balcony/garden.

Looking to move out around beginning of November but happy to discuss being flexible with dates - room could potentially be available from mid October. This room comes unfurnished. Soz guys, you can't have all by cool stuff :)

- Separate shared lounge area with big TV

- Two bathrooms shared between 4. 1 with shower, 1 with shower/bath.
- Small private garden out back of the house.
- Free street parking on road outside house, with small outdoor storage for a bike.
