We have a double bedroom going in our 6 person house share. All bills included, £675pcm.
The room is part furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and two small shelf units.
Two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living room.
The house is located just off North Street making it a super ideal location, close to loads of supermarkets, cafes, pubs and is only a short walk from the city centre.
We are all young professionals and think the room would best suit someone who is similar. We all enjoy catching up in the evenings after work and sometimes watch TV and movies together. We are all friendly and sociable people and enjoy going to pubs and doing the occasional pub quiz together outside the house, but are also respectful of everyone’s downtime and separate hobbies and schedules.
