Cosy double room in Bedminster

Our lovely housemate is moving to London to follow her dreams! So we are looking for someone to take her place.

The room is bright and cosy with a lovely view overlooking Bristol. The house also has a pretty spacious garden and on-street parking.

Bills (utilities/internet/council tax) come up to roughly around £120 per month.

The location is super convenient, with everything you need within walking distance:

Corner shop – 2-minute walk
Bedminster Train Station – 4-minute walk
Asda – around 7-minute walk
Lidl – around 10-minute walk
Harbourside / city centre - 15-20 min walk

It’s a great spot with easy access to local shops, transport and everything Bedminster has to offer.

The current housemates are in their mid-twenties and thirties. George is a barber and musician, while I’m an environmental scientist who works mostly from home. The third housemate is also moving out in October to live with her boyfriend. So there will be another new housemate joining the house soon.

It’s a friendly and social household, and everyone gets along well. We enjoy spending time together when we can, whether that’s watching TV, baking, or heading to the pub. At the same time, we’re respectful of each other’s space and appreciate that everyone needs their own downtime as well.
