The room is currently furnished, although could be emptied if needed.

There is a parking space in the underground car park that could be used if needed - i have a car there, but am away a lot so this could be arranged.

I travel a lot for work so will be away more than 50% of the time. When here, I do work from home, so during the day, you would need to be aware that I may be on the phone a lot.

The flat will be having an updated kitchen early in the new year, although the existing one in decent repair.
