Our lovely housemate Amanda is moving in with her partner and we are looking for someone to take her place.
The room is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and has an amazing view overlooking Bristol. The house also has a pretty spacious garden and on street parking.
The room will be unfurnished. Bills come up to roughly £115 per month.
The location is very convenient, with everything you need within walking distance:
Corner shops - 2 minute walk
Bedminster train station - 4 minute walk
Lidl/Asda - 10 minute walk
Harbourside/City centre - 15 to 20 minute walk
It’s a great spot with easy access to local shops, transport and everything Bedminster has to offer.
The current housemates are in their mid twenties and thirties. George is a barber and musician, while I am an environmental scientist. The other housemate is also moving out in October to follow her dreams in London. So there will be another new housemate joining us soon.
It’s a friendly and sociable household, and everyone gets along well. We enjoy spending time together when we can, whether that’s watching TV, baking or heading to the pub. At the same time, we’re respectful of each other’s space and appreciate that everyone needs their own downtime as well.
