I’m looking for a kind, caring and considerate person to share my home with.

I’m Kelly, 45, and work in the public sector. I’m easy-going, friendly, I love music and enjoy going to the gym, walking, cooking and generally making the most of what Bristol has to offer.

I’m looking for someone who wants more than just a room - someone who wants the flat to feel like home and is happy to share a relaxed, friendly and respectful living environment, but also respectful to having our own space and doing our own things.

The flat has recently been redecorated and is bright, comfortable and well looked after, so I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy and takes pride in their home.

The room.
The room is a bright small double bedroom and comes furnished with:
Divan double bed with 2 drawers and mattress
Built in wardrobe with shelving
Chest of drawers
Bedside table with storage
There is other storage available if required

The flat
Flat is fully furnished and has everything you need, including:
Fully equipped kitchen
Dining table and chairs
Sofa
TV
Washing machine
Clothes drying rack
Bathroom with radiator towel rail
Toaster
Kettle
Air fryer
Hoover
Crockery and cutlery

Everything is clean and in good condition.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, and all the usual household facilities available.

And if you happen to be good at looking after house plants, that's definitely a bonus! 🌿

Direct bus routes to Cabot Circus and the City Centre nearby
Walkable to Park Street and Clifton
Lidl, Aldi, Tesco Express and Asda all close by
There is free on-street parking directly outside the flat, so although parking isn't guaranteed there is usually a space!
