Room to Sublet in Bedminster, Near Victoria Park

I'm going backpacking around New Zealand for 2 months from the end of November to early February.

3 Bedroom Flat
2 Current tenants, two lovely guys, very relaxed, friendly, funny. We've been living together for a few years now and the house is clean, homely, relaxed. One loves to cook fancy meals so expect lovely smells throughout the house. The other is a sound specialist and has set up a surround sound system and a 4k TV in the lounge, basically a home cinema.

We're looking for someone who's flexible, relaxed, up for a laugh or a pint, and is generally clean. We're happy with men, women or non-binary people, we're very welcoming and open minded.

The room:
Furnished: There's a double bed, a desk, open wardrobe, and two drawer units.

Bills:
The bills are £117.82, with a council tax bracket of A.
Total per month: £683.82

I'll be leaving the flat on the 17th of November, my return date isn't decided, but it will be around the 1st of February. I'm making a decision soon, but I've left it open for flexibility for now.
