Short-Term Entire Flat to rent

The price reflects the fact that you'll have the entire flat to yourself 99% of the time, as I work away. This is intended as a short-term lodger arrangement while I sell the property. Please read below for details.

One bedroom available in a 2-bed flat. The second bedroom is my room and used for sleeping and storage.

I’m selling the property, so this is a short-term arrangement. I work in Watford so I’m rarely at the flat. Dogs aren’t allowed in the building, although some people do have dogs anyway. Cats, small furries, reptiles and birds are fine.

I can provide a mattress and breakfast bar with stools if needed. Otherwise, the flat is currently unfurnished apart from my room. Photos show my current lodger’s furniture. She's found a permenant place, hence my search for a new lodger!

At least one week’s notice will be given when the property needs to be vacated, ideally two weeks where possible. The length of stay depends on the sale, so flexibility is important.

Ideally looking for someone who needs somewhere temporary and doesn’t want the hassle of moving loads of furniture in. Equally, it could suit someone who needs somewhere to keep their belongings and a base to sleep while looking for their forever home.
