Hi we have a room available at our house in BS3

The room is up on the 3rd floor of our house, comes with a bed and has an en-suite with toilet, sink and shower.

£750 all bills included

Located just off north street with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also bus routes direct or about a 20 minute walk to the centre. We also have Greville smyth park on our doorstep and free on street parking.

We are Kieran, Ollie, Izzy and Patrick and all in our early 30s, working full time. We do our own thing and respect space but also like to socialise whether it be cooking together or hanging out in the garden/lounge or going out as a group now and again. We’re are creative active, social & outgoing people looking for someone likeminded and friendly to join the house.
