Lovely spacious room near North Street

After 6 months in this wonderful home, I am sadly moving on to a new place with my partner. The house is really modern, recently done up and has all the amenities you could need. There is a nice garden which gets loads of sun in summer and it is located a really short walk away from the delights of North Street.

You’ll be living with Helen and G:
Helen is training to be a psychotherapist and a great housemate to live with. She works 9-5 currently for an essential oils brand and loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
G work in theatre and film, and are really fun to live with. They’re also non-binary, and it’s important to us that whoever moves in is respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly. They also come with an extensive collection of board games!

The general vibe of the house is fairly relaxed but we like to socialise and chit chat when we see each other throughout the day.

The house itself comes furnished, has both a separate living room as well as kitchen diner. You’ll be sharing the middle floor bathroom with 1 other person. Cleanliness is important to us and we’d love someone who treats the house as their home, keeps shared spaces clean and tidy and does their bit to help keep the place nice for everyone.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you. The room was recently repainted in July, so it’s looking fresh and well cared for. I also bought the mattress in June, so it’s still relatively new, and I’d be happy to sell it for a reasonable price if you’d like it. There’s built-in storage with a clothes rail and chest of drawers inside.
