Large en-suite room in Bedminster – £950 bills inc

I'm looking for someone to rent my room in Bedminster for around 2–3 months, starting mid-December (roughly between the 10th and 15th).

I'm heading back to Spain for a little while to help look after my mum, so I thought I'd rent out my room while I'm away.

The room is genuinely huge! It's a lovely, spacious double room with its own private bathroom and shower. There's plenty of space to relax, work from home or just enjoy having your own space.

I'll be leaving it furnished, including a double bed, sofa, two desks, a table, chest of drawers and clothes rail. There's no traditional wardrobe, just so you know, but you've got a coat stand and drawers for your clothes.

The house is in a great location in Bedminster, with a bus stop literally right outside the front door, which makes getting around Bristol really convenient. Also Car park area everywhere around the house

Rent is £950 per month, with ALL bills included, including electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi. No extra household bills to worry about.

A refundable deposit of £550 is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the room is left in good condition.

I'm planning to be away for approximately 2–3 months, although the exact dates are slightly flexible while I sort out my flights.

As I'll be coming back to the room afterwards, I'm just hoping to find someone friendly and respectful who'll look after the space and feel at home while they're here.
