Cosy room in large flat in central Bedminster

Hello!

After 3 wonderful years in this flat I am moving on to live elsewhere and looking for someone to fill my room.

About the house:

We have all lived and loved this place over time, caring for the house and looking after it. We are looking for someone to also care for this place and call it home.

Location could not be better! Corner shop one block away, Lidl and Aldi a 5 min walk. North street, East street all close by + town a 20min walk or 10 min speedy cycle. Parson street station round the corner and the bus stop is across the road! Parking is all free on street and there is always space :)

The Kitchen is on the ground floor looking out over the garden (which gets lovely sun). The kitchen is large with a dining room table, lots of cupboard space and space for a bike to be stored inside if needed.

The garden has a vegetable patch and a second raised bed built by us, alongside outdoor furniture.

The front room on the 1st floor is large and bright, there are 2 bathrooms + 2 showers.

My room! Is a smaller one (reflected in the price) but very cosy and gets lots of sun in the morning. I am leaving the bed and mattress - I can sell some of the other furniture on if needed.

About the roomies:

- You will be moving in with 3 wonderful gals, we are LGBTQ+ friendly and it is important for this to remain a safe space for all :)
- Everyone does varied jobs and hobbies but ultimately like to come together to spend time with each other and hang out. This home is a space where we do more than co-exist and actively try to be part of everyone’s lifestyle where we can. From house dinners to hanging out with each others friends, we build our community together.

All the fun parts:

- Bills not included in rent price
- Council tax £50 each
- Bills (wifi, water, electricity + gas) between 40–80 each month (with the higher end reflecting winter costs)
