Lovely sunny, spacious, single room in beautiful friendly home. The room has stripped pine flooring is well furnished and has a kettle, microwave and fridge . The house has a good size kitchen/ diner which leads on to a sunny veranda and garden with hammock. There is WIFI and the rent is inclusive of all bills.
It is a quiet location but very central. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the city centre and about the same to the main railway station. There are bus stops very close to home and a local railway station 3 minutes walk away.
It’s in a great location with a supermarket, a library and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.
