Lovely double room in friendly house

Cosy warm house - it's recently had a new roof! It's well maintained.

A lovely, first floor room with garden view in friendly house. To share with three others.

We are very sociable housemates that enjoy spending time together and are looking for someone to join who would fit into this vibe - we love to wild swim (any recommendations welcomed), go to the pub, eat together, charity shop, and generally just up for having fun. We also enjoy our own space and time and are respectful of each other's space and the communal areas.

Features of the house include a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, gas central heating, shower/bath, washing machine, dishwasher and garden. All bills are included in the rent.

The house is in walking distance from Bristol city centre and Temple Meads train station (25minutes). There is a good bus connection very near the house.
