It's a double bed with a new comfy mattress. The room is bright and sunny. It's one of my favourite rooms.

Why it’s slightly higher rent than others? You only share with me so it's not a house full of people. Also, I am away a lot (sometimes for a good few months) so you’re likely to have the whole house to yourself.

The room is furnished with a big double bed with very comfy mattress, chest of drawers, a hanging rail, a full size mirror and a shelf. It has a big window looking back the garden.

As it's an end terrace, there's a side entrance to the garden.

A separate toilet downstairs.

Rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS - water, gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, washing machine.
The house is located in the popular South Bristol area, within walking distance of North Street and many shops and restaurants. It's:
- 20 minutes (walking) to the beautiful Bristol Harbourside and city centre.
- Close to Bristol Temple Meads and Parson Street stations
- 10 mins to all the supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda, Co-op).

It's in a quiet neighbourhood. The room & house is cosy, homey and clean. On street parking available. I never have problems finding space to park.

I'm a professional and work in the day and normally have activities or meet friends in the evenings. I'm friendly but also respect each other's privacy and personal time.

I am active and adventurous, like being outdoor, hiking, yoga, gardening, love food and cooking. But also love having quiet time.

I’m looking for someone in professional full-time employment, preferably not someone who works full time from home, respectful, easy-going, clean, tidy and considerate.
