Available for 3, possibly 4 months from 5 November 2024 until Feb 2025, but very possibly longer. Full details discussed on meeting. I will be travelling and wish to rent my house for this period, so the whole house will be available. (Except my room). But I will be returning in between for short periods.
The house is on a quiet road just off Gloucester Road, very close to bus routes into the city and close to Southmead Hospital (1.4 miles) It is a 2 bedroom house but only the guest bedroom is available.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe with drawer, bedside tables and under bed drawers.
The kitchen has electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bathroom has bath and separate shower with a new gas boiler, toilet and basin.
The living room has a wood burner.
There is a private garden at the back of the house.
Rent is £1100 per month and includes the whole house. Utilities (subject to fair use) and Council tax are all included in the rent. WiFi also included. Wood for wood burner not included.
Looking for working professional people.
This is a quiet street so looking for quiet respectful person/ people. No parties and no loud noise.
Parking is available over the street end of my drive.
