Short term let Nov - March

Double room available from mid November 2026(tbc) until 31 March 2027. I will be travelling and would like to have a lodger for this period. The whole house will be available for much of that time. (except my room). I will return occasionally over that period.
The house is on a quiet road just off Gloucester Road, very close to bus routes into the city and close to Southmead Hospital (1.4 miles) It is a 2 bedroom house but only the guest bedroom is available.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe with drawer, bedside tables and under bed drawers.
The kitchen has electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bathroom has bath and separate shower, toilet and basin.
The living room has a wood burner.
There is a private garden at the back of the house.
Rent is £850 per month and includes the whole house. Utilities (subject to fair use) and Council tax are all included in the rent. WiFi also included. Wood for wood burner not included.
Looking for working professional person.
This is a quiet street so looking for quiet respectful person. No parties and no loud noise.
Parking is available over the street end of my drive.
