This lovely double room is in a great location near the Gloucester Road and walking distance to the city centre.
You would be sharing with me, a 50 year old mum of two teenage children 16(m) and 15(f), my partner Jamie (56) and our lovely 24 year old lodger Bella. We also have a friendly bouncy vizsla dog called Pip
Jamie and I both work full time (hybrid) in mental health and homelessness, when working from home we work from the kitchen table
You would have full use of the large kitchen/diner, your own cupboard and fridge space. We have a great outdoor area with a hammock and an outdoor kitchen for warmer (or colder) months - we’ve even put in an outside bath with hot water!
The bedroom has a super comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. The rent includes all bills and we don’t require a deposit but would like references
We are a really friendly house but absolutely respect the need for privacy. We are looking for someone friendly but independent.
