We are a Muslim family from Indonesia with three young children currently in primary school. We're offering a single fully furnished room in our home (have 4 bedrooms in total, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 kitchen), which is also fully furnished.

The monthly rent is £600, inclusive of all bills. Due to our inability to provide references, we kindly request the full rent to be paid upfront.

The available room is a double, equipped with a desk, bookshelves, and a wardrobe. We're looking for a professional or student who is friendly—particularly with children—and who values a clean and respectful living environment.

In line with our religious practices, we kindly ask that our future housemate respects the following: no parties, no consumption of pork or alcohol in the house, no smoking, no overnight guests of the opposite sex, and no pets.
