A lovely room is becoming available in bishopston from the end of June (possibly a little flexibility)

About the house:

- room is a small double at the back of the house, lovely view of greenery and nice and quiet!
- rent is 533 + 135 bills per month (Council Tax is Band C)
- deposit is 450
- room will have bed, clothes rail (left behind by tenants, not provided by landlord) but other furnishings will need to be organised by you

- area is very quiet with lots of trees
- 4 mins walk to shops and cafes of glouster road
- 10 minute walk to St Andrews park
- 10 minute cycle into centre of bristol
- 20 minute bus to temple Meads
- closest train stations are redland and montplier, both a 5 min drive or 15 min walk.
- garden!

About us!

Ben: 26, works in conservation and loves nature, enjoys climbing, running, playing guitar, cooking

Isla: 27, musician, enjoys: the sea, being creative and writing music, exploring Bristol and further afield

Charlie: 30, carpenter enjoys: skating & baking sweet treats (Charlie will be moving out soon just fyi!)

Who we are looking for...

- easy on whether male or female, age 25-35 years old.

- must be clean and tidy and have initiative to chip in to keep ontop of those bits on the reg!

- someone chilled, warm and friendly! We are a pretty wholesome bunch, love music & heading out for a dance but rarely up all night these days!

- no pets & room is single occupancy

*Potential opportunity for friends to time this well, as Charlie’s room will be coming up soon too! If you have a mate you’re looking with, know of someone etc, mention this as it could be jammy!
